Insider Trading Signals

Open-market insider buys (SEC Form 4, code "P") at US-listed companies, in the last 90 days. Not investment advice — data from public SEC filings.

I started this because open-market buying by company officers and members of Congress — done with their own money — is a real signal hiding in public filings. This page tracks both, built entirely on free public data (SEC Form 4s, Senate disclosures), and flags the rare cases where they converge on the same stock.

Next up: House disclosures, hedge fund 13F filings, and news context to help rank signals. I'm tracking a real position against the S&P 500 to see if it actually works.

Congressional Buying

Senate stock purchases (Periodic Transaction Reports), in the last 90 days. Amounts are disclosed as ranges, not exact dollars — that's how the law requires them to be reported, not an estimate on our part.
